Manage Data-sharing Permissions
QG connect lets you manage data-sharing rules between internal departments, between external service providers, and between applications and individuals, based on rights and rules.
• Contact info
• Status in areas such as income, homelessness, disabilities, veterans, courts and legal
• Relationships (such as children to parents/guardians, individuals relations to each other, etc.)
• Enrollment status and consent across departments
• Track transactions between systems (e.g. sent referral to training course, course is complete and response sent back to requestor)
• Consents for data sharing between participants and programs
• Manages terms of data sharing between organizations/departments
Quickly Match Intake Data to the Most Relevant and Helpful Services
After entering client information (such as their current needs, and their status for education, immigration, income, probation, and more), QG Connect provides referrals for the most relevant programs and services to help. This includes family services, job training and placement, housing, medical care, legal and court services, and educational services.
The system provides an easy way to verify their current program enrollments, so you can avoid wasting resources on redundant services.
This setup also helps increase the effectiveness of overlapping services. For instance, if a participant has an assigned mentor and starts receiving assistance through an EOP, the EOP can easily connect with the mentor.
A Portal for Participants
Participants can log in to view their information, and provide feedback on the services they’ve been getting (such as a jobs training program), allowing you to keep track of service effectiveness.
This also allows participants to find services on their own, so they have a sense of empowerment and ownership of their progress. It alerts them to applications submitted, upcoming or missed meetings, and lets them update their contact information when needed.
